What the property needed
The Sherman property had hailstorm damage and the reroof was completed through an insurance claim. The existing gutters and roofing were removed, including three layers of felt. Once the roof deck was exposed, the crew found water-damaged plywood that needed repair before the new roofing system could be installed.
What American Roofing installed
American Roofing & Construction made the necessary roof-deck repairs, installed new synthetic underlayment, and completed the reroof with upgraded Class 3 Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Estate Gray. New seamless gutters and downspouts were installed after the reroof was completed.
