What the property needed

The property had hail damage to the existing metal roof, gutters, downspouts and other exterior items. The roofing work was completed as part of an insurance-related restoration scope.

What American Roofing installed

The damaged metal roofing was removed, the roof deck was covered with RhinoRoof synthetic underlayment, and Atlas WeatherMaster 200 Ice & Water underlayment was installed in the valleys. A Central States Panel-Loc Plus metal roofing system in a Galvalume finish was then installed. The project also included new seamless gutters, downspouts and window screens.

Finished result
