What the property needed
The Anna property had hailstorm damage, and the roof replacement was handled as an insurance job for the hail-damage claim. The cedar fence had also been left spotted after the storm and needed cleaning and staining.

American Roofing & Construction completed the reroof with Malarkey Vista AR shingles in Brilliant Black, the color selected by the homeowner. The crew also pressure washed and stained the cedar fence as part of the project.

The February 2026 project paired a new Brilliant Black shingle roof with pressure washing and staining of the existing cedar fence. The project photographs show the reroof in progress and the finished roof.
